A near-retirement couple with grown children purchased a city-end character home that was in a rundown two-apartment condition. We undertook a design and build project to provide a traditional character home, which included a full renovation and extension of the house, outdoor areas, and more. Although the homeowners requested a traditional character to complement their existing furniture, the design features modern lighting, kitchen, bathroom design, and heating.
