This stunning 3-story home showcases beautiful Georgian architecture and is one of the most recognized residential properties in Wellington. Leko Architects expertly renovated and extended the character of the original masonry construction, modernizing it for the next century. The project involved a well-managed commercial design and build process to create 2 new garages, a new entrance, and the relocation and rebuild of the kitchen, dining, living area, and ensuite.
