A beautiful 3 story Georgian Architecture home. One of Wellington's most recognised and best homes. Leko Architects renovated and extended in character to modernise into the next century. The original home being of masonry construction and multiple levels required a well managed commercial design and build process to achieve 2 new garages, a new entrance, relocation and rebuild of the kitchen, dining, living area and ensuite.
