A former Auckland family of five, which includes three young boys, relocated from Auckland to Plimmerton to be closer to family and their childhood location. The house they purchased, originally built in the 1960s, underwent a residential renovation. Leko Architects was consulted to create a beachfront house extension, fully renovating and replanning the interiors to meet the needs of modern living design while celebrating the unique beachfront position.
