80% of our work is residential renovations. We lead this field. Half of that work is kitchen and bathrooms. The remaining 20% is new houses, and other building types.

Our new house clients benefit from our renovation expertise and design skill in that we don't have a design "look". Each project is designed to suit spaces and materiality, often complex site conditions and customers aesthetic preference. A tailored concierge service.

An emerging market in development for us is servicing international customers  looking to NZ to renovate large estates, or design and build a new home. Our authentic reach nationally with builders makes us genuinely resourced of servicing projects across NZ.
