Before we were residential and renovation experts, our founder Nick Leko had an extensive commercial building career. The combination of skills has led to our current practice having a number of foundation clients who return for us to design and build manage their multi-unit developments. Sometimes for family to live in. Alternatively as investment builds they keep as long term appreciating assets for their families.
The requirements of these customers is quality at group build pricing with the added advantage of architects who bring bespoke skill and innovative design to make each build unique and commercially competitive.
We are particularly skilled on complex hill sides to rationalise and cost economise the design.
We do not design or build investment homes for speculators who sell on build completion or house flippers.
